Abstract

The article discusses the prospects for interaction between traditional financial institutions and fintech startups in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. It analyzes changes in the role of banks and non-bank financial organizations, as well as the impact of financial technologies on the structure of financial intermediation. Particular attention is paid to models of competition and cooperation between traditional financial institutions and fintech companies, their advantages and risks. Based on an analysis of international experience and current fintech trends, promising areas for the development of partnership ecosystems and integration models are identified.
