This article provides an in-depth scientific analysis of strategies for balancing personal and collective freedom in the context of cyberspace. The study explores the complex processes of reconciling individual rights with collective security through socio-philosophical approaches, technological tools and legal mechanisms. The article analyzes examples of global and local cyber environments, as well as the boundaries of social control and personal freedom on digital platforms. The main goal of the study is to identify and propose strategies for sustainably balancing freedom and security in cyberspace.
