EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES WITH EMPLOYERS IN THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM

This thesis scientifically analyzes the issues of developing and implementing effective communication strategies with employers in the vocational education system. The development of integrated relations between educational institutions and employers, innovative models of communication tools, strategies aimed at increasing the effectiveness of cooperation, and problems in the process of training professional personnel are studied in detail. According to the results of the thesis, it was shown that systematic and continuous communication with employers plays an important role in improving the quality of the educational process, adapting student training to the labor market, and strengthening integration between vocational educational institutions and industrial entities. Also, methods for effectively implementing communication strategies based on foreign experience are scientifically analyzed.
