Abstract

This thesis scientifically analyzes the methodological foundations of the process of forming legal thinking and analytical skills among students of higher educational institutions. Legal thinking is considered as a complex psychological and cognitive process that expresses a person's ability to understand legal norms, apply them to practical life and systematically analyze legal issues. The thesis analyzes effective methods for developing legal thinking skills based on modern pedagogical approaches, interactive teaching methods and innovative educational technologies. It also highlights the role of pedagogical mechanisms in strengthening legal awareness and directing students to practical thinking. The results of the research, practical examples and scientific recommendations provide scientific foundations aimed at more effectively forming legal thinking skills in the educational process.
