PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT

This paper provides a theoretical and analytical study of the pedagogical foundations for the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational management system. It examines the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing the effectiveness of management processes in educational institutions, expanding opportunities for processing large volumes of data, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. AI-based monitoring mechanisms are substantiated as tools for identifying the state of educational quality, assessing the dynamics of students’ academic achievement, and objectively analyzing the professional performance of teaching staff. In addition, the article reveals the advantages of a digital-analytical management model and emphasizes the significance of the principles of systematization, scientific validity, transparency, and human-centeredness in its implementation. The study also analyzes challenges related to digital literacy, information security, and infrastructural limitations arising in the process of technology integration and proposes pedagogical recommendations to address these issues. The findings contribute to the development of data-driven management in educational institutions, the rational use of resources, and the improvement of strategic planning. This approach provides educational leaders with reliable analytical tools and is aimed at ensuring sustainable enhancement of educational quality. The results of the research enable the formulation of scientific and practical recommendations and contribute to the continuous improvement of management efficiency.
