CRITERIA FOR ASSESSING THE PEDAGOGICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF JOINT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES

This thesis provides a systematic and scientific analysis of the criteria for assessing the pedagogical effectiveness of joint educational programs implemented in developed countries. The effectiveness of joint education in the learning process is determined not only by students’ level of knowledge and professional training, but also by innovative pedagogical approaches and institutional mechanisms within the academic environment. The thesis examines, on a scientific basis, the assessment systems, indicators, methods of monitoring outcomes, and quality assurance mechanisms of joint educational programs in developed countries. In addition, ways to improve effectiveness through comparison with international standards are also discussed.
