DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS’ SKILLS IN PLANNING AND ASSESSING CORRECTIONAL ACTIVITIES

This thesis scientifically analyzes the issues of developing teachers’ skills in effectively planning and assessing correctional activities. The pedagogical essence, methodological approaches, and practical implementation of correctional activities are examined, and the competencies necessary for improving teachers’ professional qualifications are identified. The thesis broadly explores planning strategies, assessment criteria, and methods for developing teachers’ individual and group skills. In addition, based on the results of foreign and local research, the possibilities of introducing pedagogical innovations in correctional activities are highlighted.
