THE ROLE OF FINE AND APPLIED ARTS IN BUILDING AN ENLIGHTENED SOCIETY IN NEW UZBEKISTAN: SOCIAL-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS

This fundamental scientific article comprehensively analyzes the socio-philosophical role and profound significance of visual and applied arts in the strategic process of building an enlightened society and establishing the foundations of the Third Renaissance in New Uzbekistan. The concept of an enlightened society is explored through systemic, epistemological, ontological, and synergetic approaches, philosophically substantiating its intrinsic connection not only with intellectual and economic potential but also with the aesthetic consciousness, cultural identity, and national self-awareness of society's members. The author elucidates the functions of national visual and applied art masterpieces in the transformation of social consciousness, elevating youth spirituality, and strengthening ideological immunity based on humanistic principles and the laws of visual ecology. Amidst globalization, visual threats, the crisis of mass culture, the problem of simulacra, and the formation of an ideological shield through national art are extensively discussed through a synthesis of views by leading foreign and Uzbek scholars. Furthermore, a comprehensive set of socio-philosophical recommendations for developing art education in the higher education system, specifically drawing from the experience of Fergana State University, has been formulated.
