Abstract

This article explores the role and pedagogical mechanisms of the deontological approach in shaping the professional identity of future educators, specifically the process of self-awareness as a teacher and the acceptance of professional roles. The author analyzes methods for integrating the core principles of pedagogical deontology - professional duty, responsibility, ethics, and values - into students' consciousness and activities. The paper puts forward practical recommendations for developing the professional "Self-concept" of future teachers and establishing a deontological environment within higher pedagogical education.
