The article examines the interrelationship between the concepts of pedagogical deontology and virtual communication culture, their theoretical foundations, and their significance in the contemporary educational process. In the context of digitalization and the expansion of virtual forms of learning, future teachers are increasingly expected to communicate on the basis of professional duty, moral responsibility, respect, fairness, confidentiality, and communicative culture. In the article, pedagogical deontology is interpreted as the moral and normative foundation of a teacher’s professional activity, while virtual communication culture is presented as the practical manifestation of these principles in the digital environment. The paper also addresses communicative challenges arising in online learning, their pedagogical and ethical solutions, and methodological recommendations for integrating these concepts into teacher training. In conclusion, it is emphasized that pedagogical deontology and virtual communication culture are complementary scientific and practical directions that contribute to improving educational quality and the culture of pedagogical relations.Abstract
