Abstract

This article analyzes the changes taking place in public administration and administrative law relations as a result of the introduction of the electronic government system. It is substantiated that electronic government is an important factor in increasing the openness, transparency and efficiency of public services and is illustrated by the example of the activities of the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal in Uzbekistan.
