INSTITUTIONAL MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS OF JOINT EDUCATION IN DEVELOPING STUDENT MOBILITY (BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPED COUNTRIES)

This scientific thesis deeply analyzes the role of joint education programs in developing student mobility in the higher education system in the context of globalization, as well as the institutional mechanisms for their effective organization and management. The study covers the regulatory and legal framework of joint education, functional cooperation between management entities, academic recognition, credit transfer systems, the impact of quality assurance and monitoring mechanisms on student mobility processes from a scientific perspective. A comparative analysis of institutional models of joint education management in higher education systems of developed countries is carried out, and their organizational, managerial and academic features are determined. Also, the opportunities and limitations of joint educational programs in increasing student mobility indicators are identified and management approaches aimed at eliminating them are justified. The results of the study are of theoretical and practical importance for developing student mobility in the national higher education system, strengthening international cooperation, and improving the mechanisms of institutional management of joint educational programs.
