THE ROLE OF HAZARD CLASSIFICATION IN RISK ASSESSMENT

The article substantiates the role of hazard classification in reducing occupational risks. A general definition of risk is provided, and the content of its taxonomy, nomenclature, quantitative assessment, and identification is presented. The nature of risk origins, standards, the harm they cause, their structure, and the level of impact on humans are considered, as well as the content of the axiom and cause-effect relationships about the potential risk of activity.
