Xavfga umumiy ta’rif berilib, uning taksonomiyasi, nomenklaturasi, kvantifikatsiyasi hamda identifikatsiyasining mazmuni keltirilgan. Xavflarni kelib chiqish tabiati, standartlar, yuzaga keltiruvchi zararlari, tuzilishi hamda insonga ta’sir darajasiga ko‘ra tasnifi hamda faoliyatning potensial xavfi haqida aksioma va sabab-oqibat tizimining mazmuni yoritilgan.
