This article examines the methodological opportunities for teaching the didactic literary work Qutadg'u Bilig through the 5E Instructional Model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Evaluate). The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical and methodological justification for the effectiveness of the constructivist-based 5E model and to adapt it to literature teaching practice. The research employs methods of scientific literature analysis, comparative analysis, modeling, and methodological synthesis. A stage-by-stage instructional framework for teaching Qutadg'u Bilig based on the 5E model is proposed, together with a system of learning activities designed to foster students' critical, creative, and reflective thinking. The findings indicate that lessons organized according to the 5E model improve students' ability to analyze literary texts, draw moral and aesthetic conclusions, think independently, and apply acquired knowledge to real-life situations. The proposed methodological approach contributes to improving the quality of literature education and enhancing the teaching of didactic literary works through modern pedagogical technologies.
