Under field experimental conditions, the biological efficacy of microbiological preparations against aphids and shore fly larvae occurring in the rice agrobiocenosis was studied. The experiments were conducted in 2021–2023 using a hand-operated sprayer with a working solution application rate of 300 L/ha. The study evaluated Bioslip BT, a preparation based on Bacillus thuringiensis, at application rates of 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 L/ha, as well as the microbiological preparation Prestige based on Beauveria bassiana OPB-09 at rates of 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 L/ha. In the untreated control, pest population density gradually increased during the observation period, whereas the application of microbiological preparations resulted in a substantial reduction in pest abundance. The biological efficacy of Prestige against aphids at an application rate of 3.0 L/ha was 65.0%, while its efficacy against shore fly larvae reached 68.4%. The application of Bioslip BT resulted in a biological efficacy of 60.0% against aphids and 66.6% against shore fly larvae. The obtained results indicate that microbiological preparations have considerable potential for the environmentally safe regulation of rice pest populations.
