SHOLI ZARARKUNANDALIGA MIKROBIOLOGIK VOSITALARNING SAMARADORLIGI

Ushbu tajribada sholi agrobiotsenozida uchraydigan shiralar va qirg‘oq chivini lichinkalariga qarshi mikrobiologik vositalarning biologik samaradorligi aniqlandi. Tajribalar 2021–2023 yillarda qo‘l purkagichi yordamida, 300 l/ga ishchi eritma sarfi qo‘llanilib olib borildi. Tadqiqotda Bacillus thuringiensis asosidagi Bioslip BT preparati 0,5; 1,0 va 1,5 l/ga hamda Beauveria bassiana OPB-09 asosidagi Prestij mikrobiologik preparati esa 2,0; 3,0 va 4,0 l/ga me’yorlarda sinab ko‘rildi. Nazorat variantida zararkunandalar zichligi tajriba davomida ortib borgan bo‘lsa, mikrobiologik vositalar qo‘llanilgan variantlarda ularning soni sezilarli darajada kamaydi. Shiralarga qarshi biologik samaradorlik Prestij preparatining 3,0 l/ga me’yorida 65% ni, qirg‘oq chivini lichinkalariga qarshi esa 68,4% ni tashkil etdi. Bioslip BT preparatining yuqori me’yorida samaradorlik shiralarga qarshi 60,0%, chivin lichinkalariga qarshi 66,6% bo‘ldi. Natijalar mikrobiologik vositalar sholi zararkunandalarini ekologik xavfsiz tarzda boshqarishda istiqbolli ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
