CURRENT STATE AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF SPORTS SCHOOLS IN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the current state of the organization of sports schools in the Republic of Uzbekistan and examines the organizational, methodological, and managerial factors affecting their effectiveness. The study identifies the main challenges in the operation of sports schools and proposes priority directions and practical mechanisms for their further development. Particular attention is paid to improving the management system, enhancing the professional competencies of coaches, introducing digital technologies into the training process, and strengthening monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. The findings of the study contribute to improving the efficiency of sports schools and enhancing the quality of sports education.
