Ushbu maqolada XXI asrning birinchi choragida global mehnat bozori va raqamli avlod (Gen Z, Alpha) psixologiyasi ta’sirida ta’lim tizimida yuz berayotgan fundamental va kechiktirib bo‘lmas transformatsiya jarayonlari tadqiq etilgan. Dunyo iqtisodiy forumining prognozlari kontekstida an’anaviy ta’lim modellarining inqirozi hamda "o‘qishni o‘rganish" (learnability) ko‘nikmasining birlamchi zaruriyatga aylanishi asoslab berilgan. Maqolada bugungi ta’lim jarayonlarini belgilab beruvchi asosiy trendlar — sun’iy intellekt (AI), shaxsiylashtirilgan ta’lim, gibrid va mikro-ta’lim, gamifikatsiya hamda VR/AR texnologiyalarining mazmun-mohiyati tizimli tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ta’lim shakllari va yondashuvlari vaqt-makon (sinxron, asinxron, aralash), uzluksizlik (Lifelong learning, Upskilling, Reskilling) hamda fanlararo integratsiya (STEAM, Fenomenlarga asoslangan ta’lim) mezonlari bo‘yicha ilmiy tasniflangan. Maqola yakunida mazkur innovatsion trendlarni milliy ta’lim tizimiga muvaffaqiyatli adaptatsiya qilishning strategik ahamiyati ochib berilgan.
